Looking forward to Phil's solution, between us we should come up with the perfect answer, well, you'd like to think so, either that or just a convoluted mess of conflicting and convoluted disparation (that's 'disparation' not desperation, although the latter could probably become the more apt) RB I came unstuck with that, the RTM and Zindus add-ons wouldn’t work with 3 – Bah…!

Sounds like a great solution, and one I'll try. I have a relative who insists on giving me a diary every Christmas, and I'm sure google will figure out an interface for that soon!
