The G5's are a touch long in the tooth now, a cheap option as a second "web" unit but not too pliable for any real work. I'm a VMWware Fusion-er and the M'Book copes quite happily with multiple Linux VM's. I vaguely remember Windows and can't knock it really, its instability and need for support paid my mortgage for many years and are the reason I've had a two year holiday (still going btw, I might make it three).
